Camp Wolfe - Day 7

Nubbin loved picking up the worms and holding them - Charlie? not so much.

Graham was an excellent worm hunter - he found the biggest one

I saved some extra stuff from Nubbin's party and Charlie made a necklace too

Friday. The countdown begins. must keep kids alive for another 48 hours. It was CharlieGraham's turn to have a preschool Easter party and Granny Jo and Lil Sis went too. The boys did get a little bit of candy which I let them eat... sorry Sissy, but when they said, 'Please, more candy.' I caved like they were my own :)

Today, it was sunny, so we were able to go outside to do a special project. Today's project was a worm house or a 'wormery' The boys had fun using the shovels to dig for worms. We did end up with a few, 'two for the price of one' worms but probably got 20 worms out of the flower bed (I'm still trying to figure out how they got in there). Nubbin loved picking them up, but CharlieGraham were totally grossed out and would scream for me to come pick them up if they found a worm in the dirt.

After the worm project, we studied the worms for a bit and then I piled the kids in the car for a trip to the Dollar store... boy, I love that store. At first, they wanted water guns, but I wasn't going to let them have one... again, water and 3 years olds are a combo I have very little patience for. But after 15 minutes of watching them roam the aisles, I gave in out of sheer exhaustion. Back at home, it was another day of getting soaking wet, but they did wash the car for me.

Husband came home early and we had pasta for dinner... CharlieGraham liked this one. We ended the day with glow sticks. The boys are ready to see mommy and daddy. We're ready for a week to ourselves :)
