It was great, except he added way too many noodles... and by way too many, I mean they just soaked up all the broth and we ended up with noodles with a few slices of beef, bean sprouts and cilantro. He also added dumplings instead of the traditional meatballs.
So, the kids ate some of the noodles, bean sprouts and lime, but mostly threw the noodles around on the table... Husband commented that next time he won't add the noodles to the soup, just to the bottom of the each person's bowl. Now, that's using your noodle :)

It sure looks good! don't forget to give the grandcubs their own chopsticks. Zach knew how to use them at Ethan's age! Remember?

Mmmmm....pho. Does husband have a broth secret? I need to learn how to make it. It's so therapeutic.
