Color blind

I always wondered when the boys would notice that Husband and I are different colors. The boys were taking a bath together and we had this conversation.

Fafa: 'You dark, Momma.'

Me: 'Yes, I'm darker than you. Am I darker than Nubbin?'

Fafa: 'Yes. You darker.'

Husband comes to listen to the conversation...

Fafa (pointing at husband): 'Daddy, you red.'

Husband: 'What color are you, Fafa?'

Fafa (pointing to himself): 'I red like you!'
